Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner and one another person are alleged to have continuously demanded protection money from the
informant and on his failure to do so, he was shot at.
The allegation in the First Information Report is that on the orders of the petitioner, co-accused Mithun Choudhary opened fire but it did not hit the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has
submitted that the accusation is absolutely false. Nobody has been hurt in the occurrence.
Apart from the present case, the petitioner is an accused in three other cases and in all such cases, he is on bail.
In this case, he is in custody since 11.06.2022.
Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022.
