Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State is present and submitted that the matter is pending since 2018, wherein, F.I.R. was lodged in year 2017 itself, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It has further been submitted that it appears that the petitioner loosed his interest to prosecute with present case.
Considering the above, the present petition is being dismissed in want of prosecution.
