The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 341, 323, 498(A), 494, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner married the informant as per Hindu rights and custom. After marriage, the in-laws started demanding motorcycle and started assaulting her due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand due to which the informant returned to her parental home and gave birth a child on 01.04.2022. The informant later came to know that petitioner has contracted second marriage with another lady.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2022.
Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of detention, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 169
