The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 03.01.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13726 of 2021, so far as the name of the police station is concerned.

Inadvertently, the wrong police station number has been provided in paragraph 1 of the bail application.

The name of the police station is “Cheriyabariyarpur” but because of the wrong

entry, i.e., “Balia” in the bail application, in the order dated 03.01.2022, wrong police station has been entered.

The name of the police station be read as “Cheriabariyarpur”.

Precisely for the aforesaid reason, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below to take advantage of the order.

In case the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 03.01.2022 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.

The order dated 03.01.2022 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed.
