The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 31 of 2019 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/07/2019 registered under Sections 8/20/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-XX-cum-Special Judge, Patna.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 05.03.2020 and 29.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 82441 of 2019 and 47107 of 2021 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is

that the petitioner is under custody since 02.03.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XX-cum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 31 of 2019 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/07/2019.
