This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 175 of 2021.
As per allegation, when the informant was returning to his house after answering the call of nature, the accused persons including the present petitioner intercepted him and badly assaulted him. The specific allegation against the present

petitioner and co-accused, namely, Noor Alam is that they inflicted knife blows on the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and petitioner is a person of clean antecedents and he is in custody since 16.11.2021.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 175 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:-
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove,
