The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.255 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 143, 144, 150, 153(A), 188, 290, 295(A) and 298 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Bihar Laud Speaker Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed reliance upon an order dated 24.09.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60272 of 2019 by which similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 24.09.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60272 of 2019, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.255 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
