inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner, Mr. S.K. Lal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months from today if the trial does not register any progress.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as
withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
