This Court vide order dated 17.11.2021 had called for a report regarding stage of trial from the learned Trial Court. The same has been received and kept at Flag-R.

In view of such submission, this Court would observe that the learned court below shall make all endavours to conclude the trial expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments or any undue delay.
