Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioners are in judicial custody in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.36/2022 instituted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, it is a case of bank loot the Probationary Officer of the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Kumarkhand has lodged the case alleging that the accused persons entered the Bank and took Rs.8,81,741/- from the safe and Rs.44,000/- from the cash counter and also snatched the key of the safe.

During the investigation, the police nabbed the accused persons including the two petitioners herein and recovered incriminating articles/ the looted money from their respective possessions. The Superintendent of Police, Madhepura has also supervised the matter and found the case true against the petitioners.

Taking into account the allegations that has come against the petitioners herein, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to them and the bail application is accordingly rejected.
