Heard the parties.
In view of the report submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, VIIth, Siwan, vide Letter No. 75 dated 25.01.2022 to this Court that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of nine months, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.
Considering the progress which has taken place in the trial, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously well within the aforesaid period i.e. nine months from today. If no substantial progress takes place in trial, the petitioner if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after nine
