From perusal of the order-sheet, it appears that vide order dated 25.02.2020, petitioner was granted two weeks’ time to file a jointness petition. As per office report the said petition has not yet been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to file the jointness petition.
Almost about two and half years has gone by but the petitioner failed to comply the earlier order. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this application.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of laches and delay in complying the order of this Court.
