APP for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending is arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torturing of the Opposite Party No.2 by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and ousting from her matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongs.
Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

passed in Cr. Misc. No.37557 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019 and no fresh ground has been made out for reconsideration of his anticipatory bail, as such, this petition is dismissed.
