withdrawing Interlocutory Application No. 2473 of 2017, Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 456 of 2015 got inadvertently dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the submission and material available on record, the order dated 13-12-2017 is modified to the extent that “I.A. No. 2473 of 2017 ” be read in place of “The appeal” .

It is further clarified that by order dated 1312-2017, the I.A. No. 2473 of 2017 was dismissed as withdrawn and not the appeal.

Office is directed to place this appeal under appropriate heading in due course treating it to be a pending case for hearing.
