However, noticing the fact that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have been made accused in Bikram P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of confession of one of the members of the family of petitioner nos. 1 and 3 and their being no recovery

from them, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
