The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 510 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148,

149, 341, 323, 325, 354B, 435, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a case and counter case between the parties.

¶23

Two out of the six victims have received grievous injuries but not on the vital portion of their body. The rest four of the victims have received only simple injuries.

In the counter case, seven persons have been injured

and all the accused persons of the counter case have been released on bail by the court below.

The occurrence appears to have been caused in the heat of the moment. The parties are known to each other and are also agnates.

Most of the allegations, it has been urged have been overtly exaggerated.

Considering the aforenoted submissions on behalf of the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with
