Vide order dated 29.03.2022, petitioners were granted provisional bail and the case diary was also called for by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that there

is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that though the injuries are grievous in nature but both sides have sustained injury. Both parties are own gotia. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for
bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 29.03.2022 is hereby confirmed.
