The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with
Goraul P.S. Case No.113 of 2019 instituted under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner being the husband of the deceased cannot shrug of his responsibility of being responsible for the alleged death of the lady.
Considering the aforesaid fact that the case has been instituted under Section 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
The Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same at an earliest.
