4 09-05-2022 Heard Ms. Preety Kunwar, learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 307, 324, 379, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Seven persons have been made accused in this case including the petitioners but the petitioners are not alleged to have assaulted the victim. Though some of the injuries suffered by the victim has been reported to be grievous but those are not

at all attributable to the petitioners.

This Court had called for the case diary and had granted provisional bail to them vide order dated 28.02.2022. The diary has since been received and nothing otherwise could be detected in the case diary.

For the reasons aforestated, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners is, hereby, confirmed.

The petitioners shall remain on the same bail bonds.

The petition stands allowed and disposed off
