2 06-07-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as
well as the learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56563 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail.
It is submitted that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is
