The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.246 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has been made accused in this case under Section 376 and 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration that Sections 82 & 83 have already been initiated against the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant has informed that the victim girl is a minor

aged about 17 years at the time of incident and the statement of the victim under 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant benefit
of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The same is accordingly dismissed.
