3 22-06-2022 This case has come at the instance of the petitioners.
During the pendency of Cr. Misc. No. 12668 of 2022,
one of the accused persons/petitioners was arrested. However, because of lack of communication, the entire petition was dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he shall be satisfied, if the persons who were not arrested during the pendency of this petition and have yet not been arrested are permitted to prefer a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if they so desire.
