The present modification petition has been filed for modification in the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24306 of 2021 as the father’s name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed.
Petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the father’s name of the petitioner.
For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the
period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today.
The order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Criminal
Misc. No. 24306 of 2021 is modified to the above extent.
Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.
