It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the satisfaction has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as “ Learned S.D,J,M, Narkatiyaganj” instead of “ Learned S.D.J.M, Bettiah” ”
In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7995 of 2021 is modified to the above stated extent and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender before the court below is extended by further period of four weeks from today.
The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
The application stands allowed to the above stated extent.
