The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his

arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020, dated 21.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant of this case is the father of the petitioner. He has alleged that the petitioner and another

were looking for one Sonu (the nephew of the petitioner) for his having refused to work with him as a collecting agent.

No sooner had the informant come out of the house on the

call of his son, firing was resorted to by the accused persons which hit another daughter-in-law of the informant.

The reason has been assigned in the F.I.R. about

the cause of occurrence.

As noted above, the nephew of the petitioner refused to work with him as a collecting agent because he came to know that the petitioner had been working in a Bank

which was illegally extracting money from the investors.

The impugned order indicates that the victim, who is the sister-in-law of the petitioner, has received gunshot injury.

Considering the facts afore-stated, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
