Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 23.09.2020 passed in CWJC No. 7974 of 2020 by which writ petition was disposed of and petitioner was directed to make herself available on 09.10.2020 at 10:30 A.M. before the appropriate authority.
However, it is submitted that the petitioner, due to the reasons mentioned in this application, could not appear on the aforesaid date before the appropriate authority and, thus, petitioner prays for further two weeks’ time to enable her to appear before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai.

In view of the submission made above, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 23.09.2020 passed in CWJC No. 7974 of 2020 is modified to the extent that petitioner would make herself available on 23.08.2021 at 10:30 A.M. before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Begusarai.
