ORAL ORDER
The present contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10101 of 2018.
Following observation/direction was made in the aforesaid writ application i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 10101 of 2018:

“The respondent No. 6 i.e. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the cases as referred above and dispose of the case of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
If the petitioners are entitled to the reliefs sought for, the respondents will be obliged to pass an order taking into account the clause 4.(C)(1) of the State Litigation Policy.”
A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No. 6.
Following statements has been made in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the show cause:
“3. That in the instant matter a show cause has already been filed on behalf of answering deponent vide Oath No. 53937 dated 19.06.19. In continuation with the said show cause the answering deponent further humbly submits that in the writ proceeding altogether 49 petitioners had filed a writ application for common grievance to grant trained senior scale upon completion of 12 years of their respective service from the date of their initial appointment . In the light of the order dated 31.03.2011 passed in CWJC No. 6139 of 2007 and order dated 16.08.2017 passed in LPA No. 756 of 2015.

scale and accordingly vide office order contained in memo no. 9169 dated 21.11.2019 and memo no. 7614 dated 23.09.2019 trained senior pay scale has already been granted to them.
In pursuance of the statement made in the above referred paragraphs, an order has also been passed by the opposite parties which is Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of O.P. No. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the statements as
made by the opposite parties in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the show cause, the compliance of the order passed in the writ application has already been made and no further order is required to be passed. The show cause filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 6 is accepted.
The present contempt application stands disposed of.
