As such, opposite party no.3 has fully complied with the order of the writ court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2021, opposite party no. 3 has not fully complied with the order as financial benefit has not reached the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the oppose parties have decided to comply the order of this Court, the present application stands disposed of. However, the opposite parties are under duty to pay consequential monetary benefits.
