ORAL ORDER
2 17-11-2021 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that delivery of possession has been given and as such this application has become infructuous.
In view of the above submission, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
This Court would expect that the petitioner’s Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.
