2 30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It appears that vide order dated 14.01.2020, the
Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria in Divorce Case No.8 of 2010 has been pleased to close the evidence of the petitioner / plaintiff.
The impugned order shows itself that the issues were settled on 16.05.2017 and the case was fixed for evidence of the plaintiff and his evidence was closed on 17.10.2017. On the application of the petitioner, his evidence was reopened at the cost of 300/- and ten opportunities were provided by the Court below to the petitioner for adducing his evidence and after

providing such chance, his evidence was again closed on 10.05.2019
It appears that more than sufficient opportunities have been provided to the plaintiff-petitioner for adducing his evidence and no more opportunities required at all.
With these observations, this Misc. petition is
dismissed.
