2 22-03-2021 1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking

following reliefs :-

(i) For issuance of the appropriate writ/ writs/ direction/ directions to make construction of at least two bridges on the road which was constructed between Rasulpur Bazar to village-Bindusar Hamid, which is situated in Anchal+Block- Siwan Sadar, PS-Siwan Mufassil, Dist-Siwan, because the culverts (bridge) were in existence since earlier but when the road

was widened and made PCC the culverts (bridges) were destoyed by the respondents in year 2019 by Rural Work Department (Res. no. 1 and 4) . (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs/ direction/ directions for issuance of direction commanding the respondents to construct 600 meter water drainage on the outer road of village Bindusar Hamid starting from Village-Bindusar Hamid to Siwan Koini road and also to construct a culverts (bridges) there upon because this water drainage and a culvert were already in existence since earlier but these were destroyed when this branch road was repaird and widened in year 2018-19 by the Road Construction Department Division, Siwan (respondents no. 2 and 5) this site is also situated in aforesaid Anchal & Block & District.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the Collector, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however he be directed to follow directions given by the Additional Secretarycum-Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Siwan dated 05.11.2019.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Siwan for redressal of his grievances, who shall consider the same in light of the order of the Additional Secretary-cum-Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Siwan dated 05.11.2019. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
