After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh writ application by the aggrieved Doctors who have been transferred from one place to another by the impugned order inasmuch as the present writ application has been filed on their behalf by the Indian Veterinary Association.
