Petitioner has prayed for following relief:-

“For issuance of appropriate writ in nature of certiorari or any appropriate writ(s), order, direction and to set aside the order of confiscation dated 1.11.2019 passed by the Judicial Authorized Officer cum Divisional Forest Office, Kaimur Forest Division, Bhabua in forest case No.22F/19 (Forest Confiscation Case No.11/19) whereby confiscated Mahendra Tractor along with its trailer of the petitioner bearing registration No.BR-45G/6742, Trailer No.BR-

Petitioner has approached this Court without exhausting the statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order, as such, petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the impugned order before the Appellate Authority and if any such appeal is filed within 4 weeks then concerned appellate authority shall condone the delay in filing the appeal, as matter remained pending before this Court and shall decide the appeal on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within 8 weeks from the date of its filing.
