(b) For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to the respondents to grant the benefits of “welfare measures” meant for minorities in the State of Bihar which are to be implemented through Bihar State Minority Financial Corporation.
(c) For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for removal of Md. Moijuddin from the post of Managing Director of Bihar State Minority Financial Corporation since he is not eligible/competent to hold the said post as per the Notification issued by the General Administrative Officers, Govt. of Bihar.
(d) For any other relief/reliefs that the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to
withdraw the petition.
