Since both the writ applications arise out of similar

question of fact, accordingly, with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties concerned, these writ applications are being taken up analogously.

The grievance of the petitioners is non-payment of G.P.F. amount for the work charge period.

Mr. Balram Kapri, learned Counsel for the State, submits that counter affidavit has been filed in which a stand has been taken by the State that after allotment of fund, the amount towards G.P.F. shall be paid to the petitioners within a period of three months.

In view of the submission made above, these writ applications are disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 5, the Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Division, Sheohar, to make payment of the G.P.F. amount to the petitioners along with admissible interest within a period of
