Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to tender his joining, pursuant to the order of transfer, but he has not been allowed to join in the College, in question. He further submits that against the order of transfer dated 15.12.2020, the petitioner has already filed representation, which is pending before the Vice-Chacellor.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

disposed of with a direction to the Vice-chancellor to appropriately decide the representation of the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the meanwhile, the University shall ensure acceptance of joining of the petitioner.
