existence, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to challenge the election of the new Managing Committee by way of an appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to avail his remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
