The petitioner has filed the present writ application

for a direction to the respondents to pay the G.P.F. amount from April, 1980 to June, 1991 with statutory interest. The petitioner is the widow of the deceased employee, who died in harness on 13.08.2012, while working as Survey Khalashi -cum- Gauze Reader.

8 of the supplementary counter affidavit, submits that the entire calculation towards G.P.F. dues has been done by the authorities and the due amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the undertaking given by learned Counsel for the State, the respondent no. 6 is directed to pay the admitted dues towards G.P.F. with statutory interest to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
