The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of the petitioner namely Raushan Tara is residing with the petitioner from 01.03.2021, both have sorted out their grievance

and able to understand sanctity and dignity of marriage.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 2583 of 2019 arising out of C.No. 2052 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
