The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29-09-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23071 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj and the petitioner was directed to surrender.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the cause, title of the order dated 29-09-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23071 of 2020, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as “R/o Village-Mungraha, Janki Rai Ka Tola, P.S. Manjhagarh, District-Gopalganj” in place of “R/o Village- Bramh Tola, Majhariya, P.S. Jadopur, District-Gopalganj” and due to that reason, the

petitioner could not surrender. It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that the cause, title of the order be corrected and further time may be extended so that the petitioner could surrender.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the cause, title of the order dated 29-092020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23071 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioner mentioned as “R/o VillageMungraha, Janki Rai Ka Tola, P.S. Manjhagarh, District-Gopalganj” in the cause, title be read as “R/o Village- Bramh Tola, Majhariya, P.S. Jadopur, District-Gopalganj” and the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 29-09-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23071 of 2020.
