2 13-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all

the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 153, 188, 333, 332, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the informant who is ASI went to the house of co-accused Baijnath Paswan to persuade him to apply for bail in a case under bailable sections. The family members of the Baijnath Paswan with other accused persons named in the FIR attacked on him and also damaged the glass of his bolero vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24639 of 2020 vide order dated 08.10.2020.

On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.,

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
