Heard the parties.
The matter has been heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that during pendency of the present petition, the petitioner was arrested. In the result, the petition has become infructuous. Such statement is taken on record.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as infructuous reserveing liberty to the petitioner to approach to the jurisdiction forum for seeking regular bail, in accordance with law.
