Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 I.P.C. and 25(1B)a,26/35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. From possession of the petitioner, a dagger was said to be recovered. Other recoveries are from other coaccuseds. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Submission is that the dagger has been set up by the police which was recovered from possession of other accused.
Considering the completion of investigation and

nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sitamarhi Police Station Case No.370 of 2020 with following conditions:
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
