As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that in the early morning of 31.10.2019, informant, Usha Devi, was cleaning her house. At that time, her cousin mother-in-law, Rani Devi (petitioner no.2)

and her daughter, Soni Kumari, @ Soran Kumar, aged about 16 years, started throwing the dirty water. When the informant made protest then they started to abuse and laid down catching her heir and also assaulted through fist and slaps. In the meantime, her father-in-law, Ganesh Ram, (petitioner no.1) came and started to abuse and cause assault to her belly, while she was pregnant. At that time, they snatched her gold chain worth of Rs. 19,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant and the petitioners are Gotia and due to family dispute, hot talk exchanged in between both sides and scuffle also took palace due to that reason, Ganesh Ram (petitioner no.1) has lodged Alauli P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019 against the informant of the present case and her other family members. Further submission is that both petitioners, who are husband and wife and Gotia of the informant, have no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
