Without going into the merits of the case the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2020 provided the petitioner before his release from custody, as agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is also accepted by the learned counsel for the informant, makes a payment of Rs. 6 lakhs to the
