Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.
In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.58 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from a
truck.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the cleaner ( Khalasi ) of the said truck and he is in custody since 29.02.2020.
Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessons Judge, Vth -cum- Special Judge (Excise), Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.58 of 2020, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
