Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S.
Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 506, 313, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner that he has assaulted the informant and tried to burn her, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
