The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition of petitioner No.1, Pankaj Manjhi, who has already been arrested. Prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition of petitioner No.1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners No. 2 to 4 apprehend their arrest in Khaira PS case No. 283/2020 registered under Section 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

The informant named Pankaj Manjhi, petitioner No.1, whose petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn, Shanti Devi, petitioner No.2, Champa Devi, petitioner No.3, Rani Kumari, Punam Kumari and Radhika Devi, petitioner No.4 and

alleged that they caught the informant and assaulted him.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some scuffle took place between Pankaj Manjhi and Sunil Manjhi, the informant. Pankaj Manjhi has already been arrested. The petitioners are ladies and all the injuries found on the person of informant are superficial and simple in nature.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, the informant made omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioners and the injuries sustained by the informant are superficial and simple in nature, the petitioners No.2, Shanti Devi, 3. Champa Devi and 4. Radhika Devi, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Rubi Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. case No. 283/2020 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
