Heard the parties.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
97 litre of liquor was recovered from the toilet of the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2020.
Considering entire facts of this case above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Samastipur

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
