After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, I am not inclined to entertain the instant application for the reason that earlier bail application made by the present applicant/accused was rejected on merit by this Court and there are no changes in circumstances since then.
Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
